Description

• Vasicine, isolated from A. Vasica, is an alkaloid. It is a natural cholinesterase (cholinesterase) inhibitor with anticholinesterase activity in preclinical models and can be used for therapeutic drug development in Alzheimer's disease.

Function

Vasicine has a weak and transient antagonistic effect on bronchospasm.

Vasicine showed bronchiectasis in vitro and in vivo.

Vasicine can be used to treat exogenous asthma.

Vasicine can inhibit Staphylococcus aureus, Sonneella and Shigella.

 

 

Application
