Danshensu (Salvianic acid A) is an organic compound with the formula C9H10O5. It is a white long acicular crystal. It is one of the main medicinal components of Salvia miltiorrhiza water soluble components. It is a phenolic aromatic acid compound which was isolated in 1980.
