Vitamin B15 as well as the effect of vitamin E, are antioxidants. B15 (Dimethylglycine) is a water-soluble vitamin. Shown to decrease severity of pain and morning stiffness in rheumatoid arthritis sufferers.  Also, beneficial for pain and discomfort in osteoarthritis sufferers.
