Lamiophlomis Rotate is a folk medicine used by the Tibetans, Mongolians and Naxi people in China, which is also called "Daba" or "Dababu" in Tibetan. Lamiophlomis rotata has been studied and developed extensively in recent years, and has been developed into proprietary Chinese medicine products in the form of capsules, tablets and granules, etc., which are widely used clinically. Among them, Duyiwei capsule has been recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

Application

1.Lamiophlomisrotata (Benth.) Kudo is a perennial herb (Labiatae) used as the Tibetan traditional medicine with the effects of alleviating pain, detumescence, hemostasis, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and reinforcing marrow.

2.Lamiophlomis rotata extract can decrease acetic-acid-induced writhings times and formalin-induced lickings times, inhibit carrageenan-induced hind paw edema and xylene-induced ear swelling, and suppress peritoneal capillary permeability and leukocyte infiltration also induced by acetic acid in mice.
