Properties: This product is white crystalline powder, with a special aroma of hard caramel cream candy, dilute solution with strawberry aroma. 1 gram of this product is soluble in about 80 ml of water, 21 ml of ethanol, 81 ml of glycerin or 28 ml of propylene glycol. [2]
